This Privacy Policy explains how SinanMusic LLC (“SinanMusic”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit sinanmusic.com (the “Site”), join our mailing list or contact us. SinanMusic LLC is the company behind the music and live performances of DJ and producer Sinan Ceceli.

Who we are

SinanMusic LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, runs the Site. Our mailing address is 1021 E Lincolnway Suite #10729, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82001, United States and our email is [email protected]. If you’re in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, SinanMusic LLC is the “controller” of your personal data.

What we collect

Information you give us

• Mailing list. When you join, we collect your email address, which signup form you used, and the date and time. Our systems may also log technical details such as your IP address. Joining is optional, but we need your email address to send the newsletter.
• Messages. When you email us about bookings, management, press or legal matters, we receive your name, your email address and anything you include, such as event dates, venues and budgets.

Information collected automatically

• Device and usage data: your IP address and the approximate location it indicates, browser and device type, operating system, the page that referred you, pages viewed, time spent, and actions such as playing a track or clicking a link.
• Cookies, pixels and similar technologies: see Cookies and tracking below.

We don’t ask for sensitive information, such as health or financial details or government ID numbers. Please don’t send it to us.

How we use it

We don’t make decisions about you based solely on automated processing that have legal or similarly significant effects.

Cookies and tracking

• Essential. These keep the Site working and secure, such as cookies set by our security and delivery provider, Cloudflare, and a cookie that remembers your consent choices.
• Analytics. Google Analytics 4 (cookies such as _ga) tells us how many people visit and which pages and tracks they engage with.
• Advertising. The Meta Pixel (cookies such as _fbp) and the TikTok Pixel (cookies such as _ttp) help us measure our ads and show them to people who’ve visited the Site. Google, Meta and TikTok may collect information about your activity on our Site and on other websites over time. In the EEA and UK, we and Meta are joint controllers for collecting pixel data and sending it to Meta; Meta’s own policy covers what it does next.
• Fonts. The Site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google’s servers, which receive your IP address.

Where the law requires it, including in the EEA, the UK and Türkiye, analytics and advertising tools load only after you agree. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. There’s no agreed standard for browser “Do Not Track” signals, so the Site doesn’t respond to them. We treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a request to opt out of advertising cookies and pixels in that browser.

Other sites. The Site links to Spotify, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and other platforms. Their own privacy policies apply when you use them.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell your personal information for money, and we don’t give your contact details to other companies for their own marketing. We share personal information only with:

• Service providers that work for us: website hosting, content delivery and security (including Cloudflare), email delivery, consent management and professional advisers. They may use it only to provide their services to us.
• Analytics and advertising partners (Google, Meta and TikTok), which receive data through their tags as described above, under their own terms and privacy policies.
• Sinan’s team, including management and booking representatives, when needed to handle your inquiry or a booking.
• Authorities and others, when the law requires it or to protect our rights, our users or the public.
• A buyer or successor, if SinanMusic LLC’s business or assets are transferred.

US state privacy laws. Some US state laws treat letting advertising partners collect data through pixels as a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for targeted advertising. You can opt out with Cookie settings or by turning on Global Privacy Control.

How long we keep it

• Mailing list: until you unsubscribe. After that we keep only your email address on a do-not-contact list, so we never email you again by mistake.
• Inquiries: as long as needed to handle the inquiry and any booking, then as long as we need it for business, tax and legal records.
• Analytics: Google Analytics keeps user-level data for [14 months].
• Security logs: for the short periods our providers set.

Your rights and choices

• Unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email, or by writing to [email protected].
• Change your cookie choices at any time with Cookie settings.
• Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or get a copy of your personal information; to restrict or object to how we use it; to opt out of targeted advertising; and to withdraw your consent (withdrawing doesn’t affect what we did before). We honor these requests wherever you live, as far as the law allows.
• Right to object. You can object at any time to our use of your information based on legitimate interests, and to direct marketing.

To make a request, email [email protected]. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we’ll respond within 30 days. Someone you authorize in writing can make a request for you. We won’t treat you differently for using your rights.

If you’re in the EEA or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority. If you’re in Türkiye, you can use your rights under Article 11 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) by emailing [email protected]; we’ll reply within 30 days.

International transfers

SinanMusic LLC is based in the United States. Our team and service providers may process personal information in the United States, Türkiye and other countries. When we transfer personal data out of the EEA, the UK or other places with transfer rules, we use appropriate safeguards, such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (where a provider is certified) or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. Children

The Site isn’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their personal information. Our mailing list is for people 16 and over. If you think a child has given us personal information, contact us and we’ll delete it.

Security

We protect the Site with HTTPS and limit who can access personal information. Still, no website or transmission is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We’ll post any changes on this page and update the “Last updated” date. If a change is significant, we’ll also tell mailing-list subscribers by email.
