The music on this site

Unreleased tracks are for listening here only. Please don’t download, record, re-upload, re-stream, broadcast or play them in DJ sets. DJs, radio and press can ask for promo copies at [email protected].

Some of Sinan’s earlier releases belong to other labels or rights holders. This notice covers only the content on this site.

What you’re welcome to do

• Listen to the music on this site for your own personal, non-commercial enjoyment.
• Share links to this site and to Sinan’s official releases and profiles.

What needs our written permission

Unless we’ve agreed in writing, you may not:

• scrape or bulk-copy content from this site; or
• use our content for artificial intelligence, as described below.

Nothing here limits uses the law allows without our permission (such as fair use, fair dealing or quotation), uses under collecting-society or statutory licenses (such as radio play or cover versions), or the platform-library uses above.

Artificial intelligence and data mining

SinanMusic LLC and its licensors expressly reserve all rights to use the content of this site for text and data mining. That covers recordings, compositions, lyrics, vocals, images, video and text, and includes training, fine-tuning or testing artificial intelligence or machine-learning systems. This reservation is made under Article 4(3) of Directive (EU) 2019/790 and any similar laws. You may not use our content to generate music, vocals or images that imitate Sinan’s recordings, voice or likeness.

Trademarks

SINAN CECELI and the Sinan logo are trademarks of SinanMusic LLC or used under license. Please don’t use them in a way that suggests we endorse you. Spotify, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and other platform names belong to their owners, and our links to them don’t mean they endorse us.

Reporting a copyright problem

If you find Sinan’s music used without permission, such as leaked tracks, unofficial uploads or fake profiles, send the links to [email protected].

If you believe something on this site infringes your copyright, send a written notice to [email protected] or to our mailing address. Include:

1. your physical or electronic signature;
2. a description of the copyrighted work you believe is infringed;
3. where the material appears on our site (a URL is best);
4. your name, postal address, phone number and email address;
5. a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn’t authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law; and
6. a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you’re the owner or authorized to act for the owner.

We review every complete notice and remove or disable material where appropriate.
